BottleKit AI – Terms of Use & License Agreement

Effective Date: October 9, 2025

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All workflows, automations, templates, scripts, documents, and related materials (“Content”) provided through BottleKit AI are the exclusive property of Garibaldi Industries LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use BottleKit AI solely for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, reverse-engineer, or publicly share any part of the Content without prior written consent.

2. License Restrictions

• Do not share your login or access credentials with third parties.
• Do not sell or sublicense BottleKit AI templates, code, or assets.
• Do not clone, duplicate, or create derivative products using BottleKit AI components.
• Do not use BottleKit AI to develop a competing product.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

3. Confidentiality

Proprietary or unpublished workflows, scripts, or systems made available to you are confidential. You agree not to disclose or publish this information.

4. Trademarks

BottleKit AI, the BottleKit logo, and related marks are trademarks of Garibaldi Industries LLC. You may not use these marks in marketing, domain names, or advertising without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

BottleKit AI is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Garibaldi Industries LLC is not liable for damages, lost profits, or business interruptions resulting from your use of the platform.

6. Termination

Garibaldi Industries LLC may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of its intellectual property.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of Santa Clara County, CA.

8. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing the portal, or using BottleKit AI in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and License Agreement.
